DHAKA: -Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman Sana, a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, died of cancer at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University here yesterday.
He was 61, Supreme Court Registrar General Syed Aminul Islam told BSS tonight.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and Well-wishers.
Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman Sana was elevated to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on February 8 in 2015.
His Namaz-e-Janaza will be held on the Supreme Court premises at 10am tomorrow and he will be buried at his family graveyard in Chapainawabganj district, Syed Aminul Islam Added.
