Nuruddin killer of ‘Pathao’ driver Milon arrested by DB

DHAKA: Driver Milon of ‘Pathao’did not abide by rules of ride sharing apps and only a verbal contract of Tk.50/ he took the passenger on his motor-cycle in the late hours of night from Malibagh Chowdhury Para to Gulistan and due to this carelessness he had to die prematurely. When they came to the fly-over Nuruddin, the passenger turned snatcher attacked him and one stage he cut his throat with an anti cutter and took away the motor cycle and and a mobile phone. Although it was a clue less killing but the DB Police was able to arrest the killer Nuruddin within a week of such tragic incident. The day before yesterday ( Sunday) night DB Police arrested him and he gave a confessional statement before the court all about the incident. On August 26, at 3 a.m driver Milon (35) was seriously wounded by his passenger turned mugger Suman who hails from Noakhali. The Dhaka City Corporation is so indifferent to look after the fly overs. There is no electricity during night and due to this such unexpected incidents are being taking place on fly overs.
