National Housing Finance and Investments Limited is moving forward with success

Dhaka: National Housing started its journey on 18th August 1998 as a Public Limited Company under license as a Non-Bank Financial Institution from Bangladesh Bank on 29th December, 1998 having commencement of business operation on 16th June 1999 from the competent authority.

At present, its Authorized capital is BDT 2,000.00 million and Paid-up capital is BDT 1,063.92 million. We are running our operations with 6 branches in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rangpur and Bogra. Generally, NHFIL provided Lease and Loans specially Home Loans to potential good customers.

Being a Non-Bank Financial Institution, it complies all the rules and regulation of Bangladesh Bank.  We are making business by fulfilling customer needs and satisfaction upon observing regulatory compliance. In recent years we have achieved significant and sustainable growth in our business operation which is shown as under:

The success of an organization depends on the right leadership, skilled and experienced Human resources. Under the dynamic guidance of the Board of Directors, present CEO & Managing Director has taken effective initiatives to reach National Housing in a new heights.
